These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the website https://www.realfantasyteams.com and the Real Fantasy Teams mobile application ("Service") operated by Sportsmetrics Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and Real Fantasy Teams mobile application (the 'Service').
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Compliance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025
The Service is operated in compliance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (India).
For users accessing the Service from India, Real Fantasy Teams does not offer, and will not offer, any online money game as defined under the Act. This means there are no entry fees, paid contests, subscriptions tied to contest participation, wagering or betting of any kind, monetary prizes or winnings, or cash withdrawals. All fantasy contests available to users in India are free-to-play, offered solely for entertainment purposes, with no monetary stakes or payouts of any kind.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use, or attempt to use, the Service:
- To engage in real-money wagering, betting, or paid contest entry, whether directly or through any third-party arrangement;
- To circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the restrictions described above through alternate payment methods, proxies, or intermediaries; or
- In any manner that would cause the Service to constitute an "online money game" as defined under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
Sportsmetrics Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user found to be in breach of this section.
KYC and Withdrawal Policy
The Service does not involve monetary winnings, cash prizes, or withdrawals for users in India, in accordance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. Accordingly, no KYC verification for withdrawal purposes is required to participate in fantasy contests on the Service.
Sportsmetrics Private Limited may still require identity verification for account security, age verification, or other legal and regulatory purposes unrelated to monetary withdrawals.
ELIGIBILTY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds for Technical Issues
If there are technical issues on the platform's end that prevent from participating in a game or contest, they may be entitled to a refund. This could include things like server outages or Software glitches. For Instances, the purchases of in-game currency (e.g., coins, gems) will be considered for refund only if the currency was not received due to a technical issue or if the purchase was made in error.
Refunds for Cancelled Events
If a sporting event or other activity that forms the basis of a fantasy contest is cancelled, any associated purchase (e.g., RFT Credits or RFT Transfers) tied to that contest is eligible for a refund, which shall be automatically initiated within a week of the declaration of the cancellation of the match. However, this would typically be governed by the terms and conditions of the platform.
Force Majeure Events
Refunds will be issued in the event of delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), War, civil unrest, or terrorism, Government actions or regulations, Widespread internet outages, Pandemics or other public health emergencies. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, certain situations are beyond our control. Any match is cancelled due to any of the above said event (each a “Force Majeure Event”), refund will be processed as per terms and condition of the platform.
In case of fraudulent activities, we may suspend the accounts involved and forfeit balances if fraud is detected. Refunds are unlikely in such cases.

Please note:, in applicable scenarios, GST already charged cannot be reversed. Any refund shall be net of applicable statutory deductions including but not limited to platform service fees and GST.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Third-Party Transactions
Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) are subject to their respective refund policies. Also, in case of premium payments made through a partner, you can contact them for refund requests.
Account Bans or Suspensions
Refunds will not be given to the users if your account is suspended or banned due to violation of our terms of service or fair play policies.
Promotional Offers or Gift Purchases
Refunds may not apply to purchases made using promotional offers, codes, discounts, or special events unless explicitly stated. Purchases made as gifts for other users are non-refundable unless authorized by both the purchaser and the recipient.
In-game Currency and Virtual Items
Purchases of in-game currency (e.g., RFT Credits, RFT Transfers, coins, gems) or virtual items (e.g., player packs, upgrades) are generally non-refundable once they have been used or accessed in the game.
Completed Seasons
Purchases of in-game currency or virtual items (e.g., RFT Credits, RFT Transfers) applied to a completed fantasy football season are non-refundable.
Compliance with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025
By using the Real Fantasy Teams platform, you confirm that you are compliant with applicable Indian laws relating to online gaming. Real Fantasy Teams does not offer real-money contests, entry fees, wagering, or monetary prizes to users in India. All fantasy contests available to users in India are free-to-play and offered solely for entertainment purposes.
User Age Verification
Access to this platform is prohibited for anybody below the age of 18 years. This entity reserves the right to request users to submit valid identity proof so as to substantiate the fact that they have attained the minimum age required to have access to this platform. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the stipulated timeframe might lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
